Corona Virus (Covid 19) Update

Despite the current situation due to the Virus outbreak, we are still delivering orders as usual with our standard DHL courier service. They have one of the world's largest transportation networks with their own airplanes and trucks that also play a key role in transporting medical equipment and medicine around the world. DHL are following the guidelines and regulations coming from local governments to ensure the safety and health of their personnel and customers. This may result in a slightly longer delivery times in certain countries and/or regions where rules of quarantine etc. are in force.

Dispatch and delivery time

Your order will be shipped with the service available in your region. Currently we're shipping with DHL. We process all orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm CET. Please note that this does not include products that are made to order. Normal delivery times are:

• DHL Express Shipping (North America, Globally): 1-10 working days
• DHL Economy Shipping (Europe): 1-10 working days

All orders are fully traceable using a tracking service. A notification will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes or military bases. 

DISCLAIMER: There may be exceptions to the delivery times presented here, depending on your location. DHL doesn't have full coverage in remote areas and need to hire subcontractors at times to handle their deliveries. 

Shipping costs

DHL is a door-to-door courier service that guarantees fast and safe deliveries.

We have managed to negotiate very affordable Worldwide shipping costs from Sweden and are thus able to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.90 to North America and Europe. Other regions have a flat shipping rate of $19.90.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders above $100

Note: The $100 is excluding VAT (value added tax) which is added to all purchases within the EU (European Union).

Taxes and duties

VAT is included into the price within the EU, unless you operate a business and have a VAT number. Customers outside of the EU are excluded from VAT.

It is possible that orders outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the Products reach specified destinations. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs for more information.

USA: In this current moment (January 2020), you can import goods into the USA valued up to 800 USD without having to pay any import taxes.

Canada: DHL charge a processing fee in Canada on top the import taxes. Please check with DHL Canada for more info.

P.O Boxes, Military Bases and faulty addresses

Please note that DHL does not accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes or military bases. If such addresses, or addresses that aren't correct, or are written using a different set of characters, are registered it may cause a delay to the dispatch, or cancel your order, or result in the order being returned to us. If the order has been sent to such an address and returned to us, then only the value of the ordered items will be refunded.
